Having to pay just so my message actually sends is insanely greedy because how else are you supposed to find a place? I had to buy a basic plan which was 20 AUD for 10 days and my messages immediately sent but it didn't matter because the listings got deactivated and the places taken. Really stupid business model and any company that hides basic functionality behind a pay wall gets a one star from me.

Until I'm able to message someone without paying $30-45 (?!) this review can stay. It's basically a messaging app, there is no reason it should be so expensive. The app would be ideal otherwise, but this makes it so difficult. Finding a place is so time sensitive, two weeks of waiting for your message to send can be the difference between finding somewhere to live or not. It's a shame that app developers can be so greedy and take advantage of desperate people.

I am 17 and this app didn't say when I was downloading it. it never said I had to be over the age of 18 so basically after I made a listing for my account so I can gets message back faster so after I made it I got blocked for suspicious activity how was I being suspicious when all I did was make a listing because that's what the app told me to do so if that app can email me back asap that would be great because I am 17 and I downloaded this app to help me found a place but you took that away

We heard your feedback after our big messaging update, and this release brings back some of the features you missed most — including being able to easily see which room listing each conversation relates to. We’ve also made a bunch of improvements behind the scenes to help keep messaging clearer, smoother, and easier to manage.
